How do I calculate my extended warranty period?
From the physical product purchase date, so if you purchased the product on January 1st 2023, then your extended warranty service coverage will be from that date, not from the present.
Can I buy the warranty service for the machine I bought from Japan?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we regret that our extended warranty service is currently only available to customers in the Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Turkey, United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates. Unfortunately, customers from other regions are not eligible for this particular service at the moment.
Can the service be refunded if the physical product purchased has already been negotiated for return and refund with the customer service?
Of course, once we agree on a full refund, the fee for this service will also be returned and we can provide you with a satisfactory answer.
What does mechanical/electrical malfunction include?
For example, the front camera is out of focus or malfunctioning and the rear camera doesn't have a signal. Please contact our technical support with details.

Yes, each warranty is only for one dash camera, and the warranty does not apply to accessories.
